Help playtest an RPG that simulates roguelike game play (Rogue, NetHack, ToME), but using player empowerment, resource allocation, bidding, and instantiation to create the “random” adventuring zones for a single Adventurer. All players after the first are the Opposition, which is trying to kill the Adventurer. But there can only be ONE winner: the Opposition player who strikes the killing blow on the Adventurer, or the Adventurer who clears out the Final Zone.

GM: Rafael Chandler
2-7 players

After a devastating nuclear assault by the bio-mechanical Wraith, the last survivors of the Twelve Colonies take to the stars aboard the legendary Battlestar Atlantica. Led by General Adama and President Weir, they explore the Pegasus Galaxy by means of the Stargate. However, because the Wraith can change their appearance to resemble ordinary people, paranoia has set in, since anyone could be an enemy agent. (This game is a mash-up of Battlestar Galactica and Stargate Atlantis; the system is a d6-based mechanic designed for pick-up-and-play action. Pregens are available, including Teyla “Starbuck” Thrace, Major John “Apollo” Sheppard, and Dr. Gaius McKay).
